X-WR-CALDESC:Nebraska Council for Exceptional Children is hosting their 2nd
  Annual ART INSPIRES this Saturday\, August 27th from 1-3PM at UNO Pep Bow
 l.  ART INSPIRES is a FREE adapted art workshop for students of ALL ages a
 nd abilities\, but specialized for students who may need access to special
 ized equipment and supplies!  This year we will have 8 art stations with a
  variety of adapted art materials and supplies available so all students c
 an express themselves using art!  We will also have the onsite support of 
 special educators\, occupational therapists\, vision specialists\, SLPs\, 
 artists\, and more!  Attached you will find a save the date for the event 
 as well as a UNO campus map with the Pep Bowl area outlined\, where the ev
 ent will be held.  Students must be accompanied by an adult to participate
  in the free workshop and we ask that they <a href='http://nebraskacec.hom
 estead.com'>register online</a> to help us plan for supplies needed for th
 e event under Art Inspires.\n\nP.S. - Our 'sister' event BE INSPIRED will 
 be held on Friday\, September 23rd from 6-9 at College of St. Mary\, Mercy
  Hall where students who participated in ART INSPIRES can choose to create
  a second piece of artwork to donate to NE CEC to be auctioned off at BE I
 NSPIRED.  All proceeds from this event help support inclusive activities f
 or students with disabilities\, family training and advocacy\, exceptional
  student scholarships\, current and future special educator scholarships\,
  and professional development opportunities.  \n
