 ational partners.  This is an opportunity to learn more about the home and
  community-based service system changes.\n\nThis webinar\, titled Innovati
 ve State Approaches to Promoting Compliance with the Federal HCBS Settings
  Criteria\, will be the first of three webinars. The webinar is described 
 as 'An overview of innovative state strategies in setting assessment\, val
 idation\, and remediation of HCBS settings\; training/technical assistance
  models that states have rolled out (in collaboration with various partner
 s) to ensure providers are able to make modifications to comply with the r
 ule\; and how to conduct ongoing monitoring of HCBS settings.' To register

 er two webinars in the series are titled 'Promising State Strategies for W
 orking with Providers to Meet the HCBS Settings Criteria & Promote Optimal

 will be held on November 29\, 2018 from 1 PM - 2:30 PM and December 13\, 2
