Michael J. Elsken
Mike started on April 1, 2002 as a Staff Attorney. Mike has extensive knowledge of social security, assistive technology, and special education. He has been engaged in a broad range of “protection and advocacy” activities for the agency on behalf of individuals with disabilities in the State of Nebraska, including: litigation in both the Federal and state court systems, participating in an array of Federal and state administrative proceedings, participation as a presenter in educational and training programs for individuals with disabilities, and for entities who supply services for individuals with disabilities. He also conducts public policy reviews.
