Judy Sinner
Judy is our Fiscal and Human Resources Director. She started March 17, 1986. Judy has primary responsibility for all aspects of the fiscal and human resource management of the organization which includes preparing an annual budget, management of federal and state grants, and payroll/expenditures, as well as overseeing general office operations and related payroll and personnel duties.
