Mindy Baird
Mindy, Community Outreach Disability Advocate in Scottsbluff, NE, started working for Disability Rights Nebraska on June 20, 2011. Mindy helps raise disability awareness through education, community events, and outreach efforts in the Nebraska Panhandle. She is on various community and agency committees and task forces, councils, and boards on behalf of Disability Rights Nebraska.
