LR 875 - Medium Priority
Starting at 1:30 PM on February 27, 2020, the Health and Human Services Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 4 bills, including LB 875, which was proposed to “Require a medicaid state plan amendment for outpatient assisted therapy.”
The bill, proposed by Sen. Howard, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in opposition to LB 875.
