HCBS Statewide Transition Plan Public Comment
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is required to give public notice related to the state's plan to comply with new regulation governing the settings in which the delivery of services to Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services waiver recipients may be provided.
On May 30, DHHS will host a public comment webinar to provide individuals with the opportunity to voice their opinion on the Statewide Transition Plan. The Final Draft of the transition plan will incorporate stakeholder input to include public comment. The public comment period for the transition plan is open from May 16 to June 17, 2019. If you are not able to attend any of the meetings, you may submit your comments to DHHS.HCBSPublicComments@nebraska.gov with the subject heading "State Transition Plan."
