LB 998 - Medium Priority
Starting at 1:30 PM on January 27, the Education Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 2 bills, including LB 998, which was proposed to “Require behavioral awareness and intervention training and points of contact, transfer funds, and change the Tax Equity and Educational Opportunities Support Act.”
The bill, proposed by Sen. Murman, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in support of LB 998.
