LB 864 - High Priority
Starting at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, February 11, the Urban Affairs Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 7 bills, including LB 864, which was proposed to "Adopt the Bed Bug Detection and Treatment Act for cities of the metropolitan class."
The bill, proposed by Sen. Wayne, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "high priority" bills for this legislative session, and Public Policy Director, Brad Meurrens, will testify in support of LB864 at the hearing.
