The Department of Health and Human Services and the Nebraska Council on Developmental Disabilities are launching a new Person-Centered Planning initiative to reinvigorate person-centered supports for all Nebraska’s Home and Community-Based Services Waivers.

The Facebook Live Kick-Off for The Nebraska Person-Centered Planning Initiative will feature Tony Green, the Director of the DHHS-Division of Developmental Disabilities, and Kristen Larsen, the Executive Director of the Nebraska Council on Developmental Disabilities. The Facebook Live event will take place at 12 pm on Wednesday, September 9th and will be reposted at 7 pm.
