LB 1144 - Medium Priority
Starting at 12:00 PM on February 4, the Executive Board of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 2 pieces of legislation, including LB 1144, which was proposed to “Change provisions affecting the Public Counsel and the Inspector General of Nebraska Child Welfare.”
The bill, proposed by the Health and Human Services Committee, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in support of LB 1144.
