There will be one item on the agenda: Suspension of the Succession Plan
It has come to the Search Committee's attention that there are staff members internally who are qualified and interested in the CEO position. Therefore, the Search Committee would like to discuss with the full Board, the possibility of suspending the Succesion Plan at this time. This would allow the Search Committee to do an internal search for a candidate first before engaging in the rest of the Succession Plan and conducting a nationwide search if necessary.
