LB 968 - Adopt the Disability Employment and Engagement Program Act
LB 968 would allow people with disabilities who are working to maintain Medicaid up to 400%. It would also create an advisory council meeting to implement the Disablity Employment and Engagement Program Act. Disability Rights Nebraska will testify in support of LB 968 at its upcoming hearing.
